
File this underneath “it’s not a bug, it’s a feature” if true. According to Guyver at the maemo.org forums, a little glitch in the OS caused his Nokia N900 to switch in to mural mode for everything, not only dialer and print apps as formerly allowed. We’d love to discharge the need for dual hands to run the the one preferred chunks of mobile software, but so far we haven’t been means to reconstruct his trick. Try it at home if you’d similar to by sloping the device to launch the phone app, afterwards shifting up the shade and shutting the app.
