Its partnership with Sun Microsystems eventually closed, Oracle (ORCL) is relocating on to latest acquisitions. The first: AmberPoint , an SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) government outfit that the association says fits well with the Fusion Middleware offering. “The multiple of Oracle and AmberPoint is approaching to magnify Oracle’s care in Fusion Middleware Solutions and yield commercial operation with modernized capabilities in SOA Governance and SOA Management by a comprehensive, end-to-end SOA Management and Business Transaction Management offering,” Richard Sarwal, Oracle’s SVP of Product Development, pronounced in a minute to customers. “Adding AmberPoint’s capabilities to Oracle’s solutions is approaching to yield commercial operation with some-more lively and prominence in to their commercial operation processes enabling increasing carry out and opening of vicious applications.” Terms of the deal, that is approaching to close in the initial half of 2010, were not disclosed.
